Admissions Process
- Complete all 3 pages of the application.
- Attach a recent wallet-size photo of the applicant to the application.
- Submit the application fee of $300.00 along with this application.
(Note: If the applicant is admitted to Christian Brothers School, then the application fee becomes the registration fee and is non-refundable. If the applicant is not accepted to Christian Brothers School, $125.00 is refunded and $175.00 is retained for the testing fee.)
Questions regarding this application may be directed to the school office on either campus.
Note: Incomplete applications (including those signed by only one parent) will not be processed by Christian Brothers School.
Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
Application Deadline: December 15, 2023 at noon (Late applications may be submitted only after calling the school office first.)
Provide the following documents with the application:
- Any indication of achievement and/or conduct from a previous school year (unless CBS will be the applicant’s first educational program)

Schedule an admissions screening for the month of January:
Appointments will be assigned on designated dates in January 2024. CBS will notify applicants of screening appointment date, time and location.
3rd and 4th Grade

- Copy of the final report card from the 2022-2023 school year
- Copy of first (or most current) report card from the 2023-2024 school year

Saturday, January 13, 2024 – City Park Campus, 9:00 – 11:30
5th through 7th Grade
Application Deadline: December 15, 2023 at noon (Late applications may be submitted only after calling the school office first.)
Provide the following documents with the application:
- Copy of the final report card from the 2022-2023 school year
- Copy of first (or most current) report card from the 2023-2024 school year
- Indication of conduct (if not reflected on the report card)
- Results/Scores (percentile scores preferred) from most recent standardized achievement tests
